Return & Refund Policy:

Returns:

We accept eligible return requests within 7 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, charging cables, and included parts.

Please contact us here before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

For regular returns, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, missing part shipment, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, charging cables, or included parts

  • Orders after the return window has passed

Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds:

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs, taxes, handling fees, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable once an order has shipped.
