The packaging box was expectedly wrinkled, but (for the first time seeing this) there were plastic protective corners around the fans. Three speeds (on the first one, one of the fans makes a crackling noise, it's not known how long it will last), the top part is flexible - "fits any neck", basically, an excellent solution (it's not known how long the batteries last).

They are wonderful, I love them, they are light and great, they relieve hot flashes a lot. 😂 😂
